Here’s another one of my Steve Jobs looks, as my BF would call it. I bought this Patagonia mock neck secondhand online and find myself reaching for it often. It’s 100% cotton and is so basic that I can wear it with almost anything. It feels like a thick structured T-shirt in some ways. I love being able to tuck it all the way around my pants. The Patagonia label is discreetly embroidered at the bottom edge of the shirt, which is tucked in.

These APC gigi boots are amazing! I first saw these boots modeled on Jean Toutiou’s presentation of APC’s 2015 F/W collection on youtube. APC nails it with basics. I’d highly recommend stalking their collection and buy during their end of season sales. I wanted a sturdy ankle boot that was flat, didn’t squish my toes, not bulky, and versatile. Anyway, I could only find them secondhand online and actually bought two pairs because the first one was too small. They run small. I love these boots so much. I added Vibram to the soles and have been wearing them everyday to work during this mild winter. With the correct size they are roomy enough for my Birkenstock orthotic inserts. If you are a U.S. size 8 or 8.5, you can buy my extra pair here.
I’m back to carrying my half moon bag here. It’s been 2.5 years, and it’s still going strong with daily use. I had it cleaned and the edges re-sealed at the cobbler. It’s a little too shiny for my taste now but I think the shine will eventually wear off.
I’ve been rounding out my wardrobe lately. Excited for my breton stripes and a few other basics to arrive in the mail. Stay tuned!
